Photos taken during my semester abroad in Orvieto, Italy, February through June of 2017.
Orvieto is a small town atop a volcanic plateau in Northern Umbria, Italy, ideally situated halfway between Florence and Rome. I was able to spend the spring semester of my junior year studying art and art history with Gordon College's Gordon IN Orvieto program. This semester broadened my views of art, of history, of faith, and of humanity, inspiring and challenging me both as an artist and as a human person. These photos represent a collection of memories, discoveries, and experiences predominately from Italy, but also a few from weekends spent in France, Switzerland, and Germany.
